Jenna + Chris Aug. 14, 2010

Small river towns can provide some of the most amazing places for beautiful backdrops.  From the old buildings, railroad tracks, water and the bluffs and Trempealeau, Wisconsin was no exception.  I had a great day with Diana Ornes Photography and the super fun wedding party of Jenna and Chris.  We also found a great bridge on accident, and I couldn't have been more excited about it.  Luckily Jenna and Chris were more than patient with us as we took a million pictures of them!

I had a great opportunity to capture the very evident love between my cousin Cody and his gorgeous wife Jess!  Let's just say these two are not shy about showing their love... perhaps it was a way to make up for not kissing at the alter.. (second time this year the officiant forgot to have them kiss!)  Here are some pics from their day!

I LOVE to take a few pictures from each session and try new techniques in photoshop.  I always share both the original and the photoshop images with the clients incase they are not always into my crazy photoshop edits!

Really glad that Jess agreed to a few more couples shots at the reception... fabulous location right on the lake!

Jamaican Bliss!

I realize that I am SO behind on my blogging... so I hope this one will make up for it!  I had an amazing opportunity to tag along with Diana Ornes of Diana Ornes Photography to Runaway Bay in Jamaica to capture a super fun and beautiful wedding of Bryan and McKenzi.  To prepare for the wedding Diana and I caught up on our sleep on the beach, photographed every plant on the resort... tried to get a sunset and sunrise shot (neither were that amazing), and checked out the waterfalls that Bryan and McKenzi planned to climb on their wedding day.  The following are a mix of fun shots with the gorgeous wedding.  I can't wait for Bryan and McKenzi's back home reception in October!  This was such a fun group to be a part of!!!

I had a great evening with my friend Chris and her family on their awesome farm!  Anyone need any goats or cats be sure to let me know, Chris would love to put them in good homes!  Chris' family also are just finishing up a big remodeling project on her grandparents farmhouse, and it looks terrific!

Ashley + Mike, Marshfield Wedding Photography

I was able to help Diana Ornes of Diana Ornes Photography capture the amazing love of Mike and Ashley this past Friday.  Ashley handmade almost ALL of her wedding and reception decorations, invites, programs, etc.  The details were vibrant, beautiful, and simply amazing.  The ceremony itself was incredible personal and moving.  Thanks for letting me capture your beautiful day Ashley (& Mike)!!!
